There is some smacker who almost everyday, twice a day, asks for a bridge opening for his 30 some foot sport fisherman. The bridge tender opens the bridge and the guy takes his good old time to pass beneath, halting traffic and causing motorists to waste fuel. Here is the best part, he is apparently too lazy to lower his antenna, that is the only reason for the opening, the boat itself has plenty of room to clear! They really need to monitor this whacko with ego as it is clearly a waste of energy in his favor, which I believe is a reason to blow his own horn!
