There is a lot of unemployment in Cape May County, and I didn't understand why until I went job hunting. All the jobs I applied to wouldn't hire me because of a misdemeanor charge from 13 years ago. There needs to be a bill that prevents that from happening. With such a bill you would see more people employed. I guess it's true your past catches up to you.
