The take out alcohol on the Boardwalk is a mess. There are belligerent drunks stumbling around everywhere, people are smoking pot out in the open. With not enough police to enforce and correct this kind of behavior. I hope the City is aware that if this continues they can and will be held liable for neglecting the safety of the families that come to visit this island.
