Summer is almost over yet the dune tramplers, bicycles, dogs and skateboarders continue to overrun Crest Pier. So why don't you just take down your "prohibited" signage? There is also a guy living under it, must be friends with the dune buggy cop who hangs out there enforcing nothing. I think I'll stay under it next year, not a bad gig! Beats paying welfare-gouged rental rates.
