For such a small area, too much is out of control. Vehicle, bike, golf carts, pedestrian violations alone are enough to ask what the WWPD doing. I don't understand why there isn't more law and order. This is an issue all year, not just a seasonal issue. I walk out my bldg everyday and nearly get hit by bike on the side walk, going in the wrong direction. Can't go down Pacific Ave without someone running a stop sign. Golf carts with underaged drivers not using signals. It's a mess and I'm surprised there hasn't been more accidents. Ppl getting really good at distracted driving.
