The spouter who claimed the vol. companies put out the fire on Hudson Ave. is oblivious to the fact that there are about five people who actually participate in the actual firefighting aspect of the vol. fire company. Out of those five, maybe two go into a burning building if they get there within 10 min. The reason why four depts. were there was because Wildwood initially only has three to four guys going to a house fire where National Fire Protection Association recommends at least 18-21. There have been three big fires in Wildwood in four months. One resulting in a death.
