Some spouters oppose allowing foreign students to come here to work for the summer. I live next door where many Russians live while they are here, and I find them nice, but they do work long hours all the time. However, some of them seem to come from certain questionable areas in Russia, and I do have concerns about how thoroughly they are vetted before they arrive, with all the turbulence going on now overseas. How do Americans get reassurance that these foreigners are safe to be here?
