So the mayor of Wildwood does not oppose Cape Assist, just not in his neighborhood! It seems he has rallied neighbors and friends to oppose a move by Cape Assist that would put the building a block away from his personal home, and the homes of direct family members, which I think is wrong. If Cape Assist believes their services and interests would be better suited in the building they wish to acquire, than so be it.
