So glad that Philly residents are able to rent and buy our local properties.Unfortunately locals can't afford the high prices because there isn't enough places down here that we can afford.Most properties down here are owned by out of state landlords and over charge renters.There are so many locals that need rental houses or apartments but never in a million years could we ever get together 2or3 month security and first months rent money as we live week to week.It must be nice to have a summer home here and a home out of state too,while my kids and I live in a one room motel with drug dealers.
