The short term rentals ban should be welcomed. It should be put in place permanently for the spring. Starting very soon and up to late June there are problems with vandalism and drunken fools giving the area a bad image. And don't tell me it will hurt financially because many of the rentals are owned by slumlords who since they've been at it for decades are not short on cash.
