Wildwood / Richboro - Are the class II officers on the Wildwood Boardwalk just there for show? Bikes, skateboards, dogs, barefeet, half-naked men and women etc. are all over the boardwalk at all hours of the day! What happened to all the rules? Back in the 1960's when my wife and I were kids, we'd be banned for life if we did this in Wildwood. Try to do this in OC, CM, SH, SI, etc. and you will be ticketed and thrown off the boardwalk or promenade.
