In response to a spouter: I have off street parking and I can accommodate several cars if I were to have visitors. My problem is the fact that these people I'm complaining about have no respect for others. I agree with you that if you have off street parking, you have the right to park on the street. However, when you take up all the parking spaces and don't park in your driveway on purpose just to be rude, then I have a problem. Not only that, leaving all your vehicles and never moving them is called abandonment. That's a towable offense.
