In response to the fireworks complaint in Wildwood: I think we need a fireworks czar, maybe a position that pays about $40,000 a year. To save on the cost of advertising for this new position, maybe we could give it to an existing employee, say, a fireman who already has three other city jobs. It's a perfect fit. He could do all the "paperwork" while on his "downtime" at the firehouse.
