Residents are being detoured every day in every way, but putting detours directing us to "no right or no left turns," enabling us to cross to a "Do Not Enter-One Way" street, is amazing. To think that this situation is everywhere we turn and never ending in my neighborhood. What a smart way to get rid of a taxpayer!
