In reply to the comment on the Pops concert in Wildwood: It is called a "free concert" because there is no charge for admission, which should be obvious. Of course the entertainers are not playing free. In the island communities, and up and down the coast, free summer concerts are held. It is part of offering more for tourism and families, and is enjoyed by thousands. This is a tourist industry-based island. To make it successful for the local businesses requires an investment by business and government.
