Regarding a statement concerning low-income housing where a person stated, "People don't sell drugs because it's fun, they do it because they can't find work and it pays the bills. Maybe if people can catch a break with rent they won't have to participate in illegal activities to provide for their families:" Anyone with any experience on the topic will tell you that almost no money from illegal drug sales goes to providing subsistence for the family. It usually goes to buy more drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and such necessities as wide screen TVs and smart phones.
