In reference to a Wildwood noise complaint: there is not a need for me to discuss what I have available to me to know that the Wildwood PD was indeed not busy when the complaint was made. I have extensive knowledge of what goes on. Also, I am not bashing the officers of this department; they do a marvelous job, on occasion. However, I don't know what part of the dispatch process was confusing, but it is not a difficult job to take a complaint and then dispatch it via radio or cell phone. Maybe the dispatcher should put their personal phone down on occasion and do their job.
