Reference the US Constitution and separation of powers for example. Maybe one should also check the backgrounds of the Federal Judges making the decisions! Are they or their families members supporting illegals for example. Are they or their family members making large contributions to the opposition party and or to third parties opposed to Our President and or his policies. Cut waste, fraud & abuse!
