Public Works workers who drive around all day, while taking turns sleeping in the passenger seat, and supervisors who don't report to work, or have secretaries covering for them, don't you think it is about time to reduce the workforce and collect unemployment, instead of bilking the taxpayers out of their hard-earned dollars? No one wants to see someone lose their job, but when there is no work, it only makes sense. Trash cans overflowing, weeds left over from summer, and all they do is ride by in their shiny, new trucks.
