A program in New York is teaching students how to become hackers to deal with a crime that now involves billions of unauthorized personal accounts. These students will then get public and private business jobs to protect innocent people from such fraud. Since most of the East European students are still here in our area, why not hire them to do something like that to protect us customers in stores and restaurants?
