The PREP program is for public school kids. I have more than one at Notre Dame de la Mer Church. The cost goes up and I can barely afford it. To make things worse, the program schedule used to be September to June. Now the director has cut the program back to next to nothing. The public school kids are really getting neglected, and I'm a volunteer. My oldest had Sr. Barbara when she ran September to June at both churches. So the bare bones is neglectful.
