The porch dwellers and construction workers on East Andrews are beyond loud at this point. It is like they are trying to prove themselves still. You can't even walk the street without them talking 2 houses away for attention. Or saying something inappropriate. Its a shame because the park is so nice at Holly Beach and kids use it a lot.
