Wildwood / Philadelphia - Want to save a bundle of taxpayer dollars in Wildwood? Privatize the ambulance service, reduce the fire personnel; you have a volunteer fire department and can count on mutual aid from surrounding communities. They already do it at time of major fires. Then you could save additionally by not having to pay salaries, vacation, holiday, sick, and personal time, which can cost thousands at time of retirement. It all makes sense to me. And to believe I will burn to death if implemented, that is just nuts!
