Wildwood / Philadelphia - I have an idea: How about stop destroying older, traditional shore houses and replacing them with boring, brand-new, over-priced condos? They have no character, no substance, no residual energy of summer's past. They are vapid and unremarkable! I loved coming to Wildwood as a child and most of my adult life, and staying in those older, traditional shore houses and apartments. It felt like summer to me! It felt like Wildwood! I'm sure some property values went up as a result, and people had jobs, etc. But save something! Is anything sacred anymore?
