The people on Townbank Road should not be feeding the gulls at any time of the day. Gulls are perfectly capable of finding food on their own, unless humans condition them to lose their natural feeding habits. Gulls conditioned to eat human scraps will become aggressive annoyances, stealing from everything, like outdoor restaurants to family barbecues to pedestrians. It is not cute to have the gulls swooping down to eat your leftover bread. They are not tame animals or circus performers.
