Parking is already an huge issue on the island. Why is a restaurant allowed to build outdoor seating over 3 parking spots & then park his personal car in the spot north of there & not feed the meter. I could see if we were still having indoor restrictions for indoor seating, but we're not. I'm surprised the mayor is even allowing this. Since they took away 1 of my business driveways to put in 2 parking meters & didn't even warn me first.
