Pacific avenue in Wildwood should have been a redevelopment zone 20 years ago and for the last 40 years there should have been some code enforcement. Those run down trashed properties should be cited once a month. Stores with broken windows ,trashed lots ,not up to code slum landlord rental properties. Properties with 3-5 beds in a room.
