Over the past 25 years, many corporations and towns have consolidated to share services and reduce overhead. Not here in the Wildwoods. Many in the Crest and North Wildwood believe that consolidating with Wildwood will increase costs and bring them down. Nothing could be further from truth. There are millions to be saved by eliminating supervisory, management and other redundant positions, shutting facilities and having better purchasing power. Also, if Wildwood goes downhill, North Wildwood and the Crest will soon follow. It is in everybody's best interest to create a better island.
