Why can’t North Wildwood maintain or do anything to their dog pa

Wildwood / North Wildwood - Why can’t North Wildwood maintain or do anything to their dog park? Wildwoods dog park is free and beautiful while North Wildwoods park is hidden and looks like an inner city abandoned lot and they have the nerve to charge 10 dollars. At least Wildwood got something right. But it would be nice not to have to walk 7 more blocks in the street to let my dogs exercise.
