Mayor Byron and his council are going to destroy another potential win fall for Wildwood. They have tabled the back bay project until interest rates go up and borrowing money gets harder. The city needs to move forward with ratable projects, not put projects on hold. Any knowledgeable person would know this . Do what is best for the city and start the project.
