Kudos to the Board in Wildwood Crest for rejecting the Mahalo hotel due to lack of sufficient parking and the negative impact on the neighborhood. Wildwood Board is allowing new downtown commercial construction to develop with a substantial lack of parking which is already a problem with all the events, etc in the area.
