It's sad that Fox and other Republicans are using the Berghdahl case to blast the administration for its foreign policies. Luckily, the Yale lawyer defending the young soldier sees a potential plea bargain to resolve the legal issues, with a reduction in rank, less than honorable discharge and forfeiture of some pay, as the way out.
