It is time to end the National Night Out event and put the police back out on the boardwalk and streets to enforce the law. The event injured 5 people who were hit by a golf cart being driven by a teenager and a police officer. If the city is sued, make the police department pay the costs. Time to get back to work and stop these events. They are a waste of money and resources.
