It baffles my mind how many people in cars, scooters, bicycles that don't follow road rules. Cars parked at stop signs. Some of these corners you can't see around due to cars parked too close or dark black screening at businesses that create outdoor seating. You have to pull halfway into the intersection to see if you can even turn or cross. Why is there no enforcement of traffic violations and parking violations for that matter. Is there not a traffic division of the local police department? This is the most stressful town to drive in!
