Since the island is becoming so subdued with teeny tiny dim bulb lighting, blackened out structures old & new and tinted vehicles, was wondering what aggressive nation or hi-tech nautical pirates are responsible for the non-U.S. submarine activity off of our coast here that we have to cover up and hide out.
