If we are going to pay firefighters; make them work. Town needs to be cleaned up. Give them brooms, shovels and some trash bags and they can go street to street. Plenty of trash, dirt and weeds for all. When that's done there's plenty of sand under the Boardwalk to be shoveled out. Great exercise and builds character.
