If the Senior Center in Wildwood gets infected with the coronavirus we know who to blame.Everyone in the building is following the rules by wearing mask except for one.He has been told several times by other residents and staff but refuses to wear a mask.I wonder if he wears a mask when he enters customers homes.He even goes to the nearby Rite Aid without a mask.If I tell him to wear his mask,which it is posted in the building to do so,he deliberately coughs in my face.Can he be charged with assault for his actions?No excuse masks were given to all of us.
