I witnessed parents walking their children to and from school having to walk in the middle of the streets because the sidewalks were snowed covered. WHY? Where are the Code Enforcement Officers. Why aren't these homeowners being charged. I guess the lives of the children and and parents do not mean anything to City Hall.
