I went to the Crest Planning Board meeting last Wed. The big complaint is the view looking down the street. I looked at a lot of motels on the beach front and most of them already look like what Icona wants to do. They are shaped like an L wrapped around the pool. Those motels have been there for decades and no one seemed to care until now.
