I seen a guy on a gas powered bicycle going faster than the cars on Park Blvd. I don't know about you but if these gas and electric powered bicycles can go 25mph or more they should be licensed, insured and made to follow the traffic laws. What are your thoughts on these supposedly low speed vehicles?
