I see now that Wildwoods Pacific Ave Projects and other Development projects in the City have been stopped by CAFRA. It just seems like anytime good development starts to happen in Wildwood the Authorities stop it. It is almost like authorities want to stop Wildwood from moving forward, Because it may compete with other Resort areas in NJ, so they keep the Thumb on our town. I hope the City Fathers are fighting this ? Come on Commissioners do something to combat this. Pacific Ave. or the Back Bay will never move forward with these restrictions . Developers will get frustrated and walk.
