As I sat on my porch on Hildreth Ave. Saturday afternoon, July 4, a large group of tourists passed by heading toward the beach. They carried plastic bags and had a couple of coolers. There were 17 adults and children. This same group was seen about 11 p.m. after the fireworks ended. They headed up Hildreth and I thought to the motel, but they crossed N.J. Ave. to a parking lot where they loaded into two vans with Pennsylvania tags. Just another vacation day in "everything free by the sea."
