I rode bikes on the boardwalk at 6:00AM on Sunday, July 19. I have never seen so much trash on the boardwalk!! It was everywhere! What is wrong with people that they can't place their trash in a receptacle right next to them? It was disgusting and so unnecessary. I thanked the sanitation guys cleaning up this mess. Use trashcans, people!! It's not a difficult task!
