I really felt bad for the person who had to call the Wildwood Police due to noisy neighbors. Imagine they had to call 3 times! Surely in December nothing else could possibly be happening that would justify such a slow response to this obvious emergency situation. Here's a clue: 1. try a scanner. You can get it right off a compute or smart phone. Listen and you may be surprised. 2. On the flip side, not all police activity is broadcast via radio. I know it is difficult to comprehend but occasionally Sheriff Taylor and Deputy Barney have a little more than old drunken Otis to deal with.
