I read the story of the development of the old Shamrock Cafe site on Pacific Ave. I think the new 20 units should have been constructed with the Shamrock in mind keeping with the Irish Counrty Pirate theme. This would have made a unique property that could have included a pool with a "walk the plank" diving board; a rodeo themed parking area and of course an Irish potato garden all in the historic white, green, orange and purple colors of the old building. Once again Wildwood misses the "pirate boat"!
