I just read through the city of Wildwood's codes for Litter on private property. It appears to be enforced by the police department. The owner of private property is responsible to clean up litter /trash from their property. Looks like the police department should be busy with all of the slum landlords. The same is true for vacant lots. Come on, the time to clean up Wildwood is now before the season starts!
