I have never seen so many teens drunk and high on the boardwalk in the early morning hours before.They are out all night until the sun comes up.Where are these parents?Your kids are so drunk and on drugs to the point of not being able to walk or talk,sleeping under the boards and on benches like homeless street addicts.
