I found Mayor Don Cabrera's "Close The Bridges" statement ill-advised and grossly inflammatory. He's done more harm than good. If you think about it for a minute, it is a very offensive and dangerous statement; very martial-law like, effectively suspending one's civil right to lawfully occupy their home (albeit 2nd) and should never have been made by a public official. Armed police/roadblocks at the foot of the bridges!!! Very scary to think that some on the island are actually advocating for this. Get a grip CMC!!
