I enjoy reading Spout Off ,I had no idea there were so many constitutional law experts in Cape May county. Avalon ,Stone Harbor , Del Haven , Wildwood Crest and the Villas have quite a few of them. They are legally and historically wrong with every statement they make about the constitution and it's amendments. I wonder how many have actually read the constitution ,how many are lawyers ? Most likely the are just parrots for the democrat talking points ,that way they do not have to read and they never have to pass a bar exam.
