I don't understand why the police officers are placing the barricades and cones to block the streets. With the police being short handed and responding to calls. What does the public works do? They have more manpower. Theu also place the barricades at the corners. Why can't they put them up. This goes for North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Lower Twp and Middle Twp. I think it is poor leadership from Boro Hall all the way to the Police chiefs.
